Amber Doy Amber’s youth was spent full of activity, splitting her time between the arts and sports. Her base in gymnastics led to an interest in rhythm and dance, where she practised 10 years of different styles (including ballet, tap, and modern). She then went on to achieve an A* in GCSE dance. Amber continues to improve her technique by dancing for the Army Dance Company, where she practises different styles of dance including: Hiphop, heels and commercial. She combines this with her natural Brazilian flare to deliver funky fresh Zumba classes, with a 100% guarantee you leave with a smile! On the flip side, Amber also takes part in disciplined sports such as tennis and bouldering, which require lean muscle building and strong mental fitness for effective performance. Always looking for new challenges, Amber has tackled Scafell Pike and is currently training for a Tough Mudder course. With such a varied background, Amber can adapt to whatever training style you are looking for and bring your goals to realisation.
