     Studio & Classes

​The Studio is where all of our various classes are held. Another bright, airy space to partake in your favourite group activity. The room also doubles up as a ladies only free weights area when classes are not running.​

Currently we run Pilates, Body Pump, Body Combat, Spinning, Bounce and Burn, HIIT, Legs Bums and Tums and Zumba classes. 

Our classes are run by qualified trainers who will do their best to ensure you get the most out of your class whilst still having fun.

Members who wish to book classes, please go to www.GymSync.co.uk/register. When you are registering, in the 'gym location' box please write RG10 then Twyford Health Club will appear in the drop down menu. Once we have accepted you as a member you will then be able to book on to classes up to a week in advance. You can also download the GymSync app. If you are not a member and would like to have a free class trial please call us on 0118 3271250 and we can book you in.

Monday 
9:30am Spin - Challenging but you can take it easy if you're new

10:30am Bounce and Burn - Suitable for most abilities
5:55pm Body Pump - Intermediate class, great for toning
6pm Begin to Spin - Good for beginners (you can always turn the resistance up)
6:50pm Zumba - A great fun way to work out, as challenging as you make it
8pm Pilates - Suitable for most abilities, if in doubt, give us a shout

Tuesday
6:30am Spin - This one's pretty full on
9:30am Pilates - Suitable for most abilities, if in doubt, give us a shout
12:00pm Gentle Aerobics- For complete beginners
6:15pm Pilates - Suitable for most abilities
6:30pm Express Spin- 
Suitable for most abilities, if in doubt, give us a shout 
7:30pm Body Combat- High impact but great fun! 

Wednesday
6:30am HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) - This is a short but full on class!

9:30am Legs Bums and Tums - There's a big mix of abilities here
12pm Pilates - Suitable for most abilities
6:30pm Quick Spin - 
Short energetic class that's quite full on
7pm Pilates - Suitable for most abilities
8pm Bounce and Burn - Suitable for most abilities

Thursday
6:30am Body Pump - Start the day in style, suitable for most abilities
9:30am Spin - Suitable for most abilities
10:30am Bounce and Burn - Suitable for most abilities  

​11:30am Stretch- All ability stretch class  
6:30pm HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) - This is a short but full on class!
7pm Spin - Challenging but, you can always lighten your resistance
7pm Zumba - A great fun way to work out, as challenging as you make it- starting Jan 10th
8:00pm Body Pump - Intermediate class, great for toning

6:30am Body Combat- High impact but great fun! ​
9:15am Pilates - These guys are getting pretty good
10:15am Pilates - Suitable for most abilities- Term time only
6:15pm Bounce and Burn - Suitable for most abilities 


Saturday
8:00am Spin - Suitable for most abilities
8:30am Body Pump - As challenging as you make it, the more weight more tricky!
9:30am Body Pump- As challenging as you make it, the more weight more tricky!

Sunday
8:30am Pilates- A nice way to start your day, suitable for most abilities
9:30am 
Bounce and Burn - Suitable for most abilities
10:15am 
 Spin - Suitable for most abilities

Bounce and Burn- Full of awesomness

Zumba- Everyone loves a dance!​
